The Asics Made by 4AM sneakers listed on Weidian are priced at 688 CNY and present a contemporary take on the classic Asics silhouette, featuring design cues reminiscent of the brand’s aesthetic. The listing includes several seller‑provided images that show the shoes from multiple angles, but it is advisable to have your shopping agent verify the condition by comparing those photos with the quality‑control pictures they capture before the item is shipped. This extra check can help ensure the pair matches the online representation and meets your expectations for a new addition to your footwear collection.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
