A listing on 1688 offers the Vans New Skool sneakers for 128 CNY. The design follows the classic Vans silhouette with the signature side stripe and low‑top profile, suitable for casual wear or light street‑style outfits. The product description provides basic details and photos, but does not specify material or exact measurements, so you may want to compare the images with your own shoes. Because Chinese sizes tend to run small, it is advisable to review the seller’s size chart carefully and consider selecting a size larger than you normally wear. This information can help your shopping agent secure a fit that meets your expectations.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
