A listing for VANS KNU SKOOL sneakers appears on 1688 at a price of 93 CNY. The product name suggests a design that echoes the recognizable VANS aesthetic, though it is not presented as an official brand item. The listing includes seller‑provided photos that give a basic view of the shoes, but the details may differ from what your shopping agent records during quality control. To ensure the item meets your expectations, check that the images supplied by the seller correspond closely with the QC photos taken by your agent before the package is dispatched. This comparison can help you decide whether the pair fits your desired style and condition standards.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
