The Rick Owens Lace Up Tractor Boot is listed on Taobao in the sneakers category for 921 CNY. This boot features a distinctive lace‑up design reminiscent of the aesthetic associated with the Rick Owens name, offering a bold silhouette for those who appreciate avant‑garde footwear. The construction appears to combine sturdy materials suitable for everyday wear, while the high‑top profile adds a statement element to casual outfits. When ordering, keep in mind that Chinese sizes tend to run small; reviewing the seller’s size chart and selecting a size larger than your usual measurement can help ensure a proper fit. Consider whether this style aligns with your wardrobe before adding it to your haul.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
