New Rock shoes are listed as sneakers on the 1688 marketplace for 161 CNY. The listing presents a casual shoe design that could suit everyday wear, though the description does not specify material or color details beyond the name. As the product name does not include a specific brand, it is presented as a generic style rather than an official label. Before confirming the purchase, consider requesting your shopping agent to provide additional close‑up images of any logos, stitching, or the edges of the print so you can verify the quality and details prior to shipment.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
