Product price only. KakoBuy adds a 5–10% service fee + international shipping at checkout.
The Marni Slides 5 Styles listing on 1688 offers a set of sneaker‑type footwear priced at 287 CNY. The product name suggests a design inspired by Marni, presented in five different variations, allowing you to choose a look that matches your personal style. When deciding whether to add these slides to your haul, consider grouping them with other purchases so that the total weight per kilogram is reduced, potentially lowering the shipping cost charged by your shopping agent. This approach can help you manage overall expenses while still obtaining the desired items from the marketplace.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
