The Bapesta Grey sneakers are listed on Weidian for 218 CNY. These shoes feature a muted grey tone and a design reminiscent of popular street‑wear silhouettes, offering a low‑key option for casual outfits. When considering purchase, it is wise to check the seller’s photos against the quality‑control images your shopping agent will provide before the item is shipped, ensuring the product matches the listing. This comparison helps confirm details such as color consistency and overall condition, giving you confidence that the sneakers you receive align with the online description.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
