The Balenciaga Strike Derby sneakers are listed on Weidian for 534 CNY. They present a design that echoes the aesthetic of the Balenciaga brand without being an official product, offering a contemporary look for those who follow current street‑style trends. When deciding whether to add them to your haul, consider the overall weight of your order and whether combining them with other items could reduce the shipping cost per kilogram, allowing you to make a more economical choice through your shopping agent. This approach helps balance style preferences with practical shipping considerations.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

CuratorBased in Germany · Curating since 2023-04 · 25+ personal hauls
I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
