The Balenciaga Runner sneakers are listed on Weidian for 504 CNY, presented as a style‑inspired version rather than an official brand item. These shoes feature a sleek silhouette typical of the label’s athletic line, and the listing includes several seller‑provided photos. When deciding whether to add them to your haul, it’s wise to check those images against the quality‑control photos your shopping agent will capture before the item ships, ensuring the condition and details match your expectations. This comparison helps confirm the product’s accuracy and avoid surprises upon delivery.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

CuratorBased in Germany · Curating since 2023-04 · 25+ personal hauls
I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
