The Balenciaga Hummer Boot listed on Taobao is presented as a sneaker style footwear with a price of 1068 CNY. The listing suggests a design that echoes the recognizable silhouette associated with the Balenciaga name, though it is not confirmed as an official product. It appears to feature the typical high‑top shape and may include details such as logos or stitching that follow the brand’s aesthetic. Before finalizing the purchase, consider requesting additional images from your shopping agent that clearly show any branding, stitching or printed edges so you can verify the item’s condition and details. This information can help you decide whether the boot fits your desired haul.

What to check in the QC photos
- 1Sole stitching: should be even, no glue overflow at the seam.
- 2Heel alignment: stand the shoe on a flat surface — heel should sit straight.
- 3Logo placement and spelling on the tongue and heel tab.
- 4Size label inside should match the size you ordered (most batches use CN sizing — add ~1 size for EU).
- 5Tongue thickness and stitching — common QC differentiator between batches.
Shipping & customs
Shoes are typically 0.8–1.3 kg with box. Removing the box (mention in seller notes) can cut shipping cost by 30%. Avoid DHL Express for branded sneakers — slower lines see less customs inspection.

I started curating the KakoBuy Spreadsheet in April 2023 after ordering enough from Taobao and Weidian to figure out which sellers actually ship what they advertise. Growing up between China and Germany made the buying-agent ecosystem feel obvious — this list is the shortcut I wish I'd had on my first order.
